Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on ddk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. There is no maximum deposit limit, though additional verification may apply to large transactions for security reasons.

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager ten times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Not all games can be played with bonus balance; the games eligible for wagering will be clearly stated on the promotions page.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
- Bonus claims from multiple accounts sharing the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
- ddk33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
4.3 VIP Program
The ddk33 VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
VIP tier progression is determined by a player's activity and engagement with the platform. ddk33 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.
5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play Policy
5.1 Available Games
ddk33 offers slots, live casino, blackjack, Teen Patti, cricket betting, fishing games, and many other game types. The individual rules of all game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt) apply.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Suspicion of money laundering
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be fully or partially forfeited.
9 Limitation of Liability
